Wrestler immobilizes 2.5 meter alligator with bare hands

An incredible incident was caught on camera in Florida when an MMA fighter used his bare hands to immobilize a alligator 2.5 meters crawling through the streets of Jacksonville’s Northside on Sunday night.

Mike Dragich, 34, known as the “Blue Collar Brawler,” was at a nearby hockey game with his family when he received a nuisance alligator call from the sheriff’s department.

As a licensed alligator hunter and military veteranDragich did not have him with him trapping equipment in the race, but answered the call anyway, leading to a local shopping plazawhere he saw the creature.

Using his bare hands and feet, Dragich pinned down the big alligator and managed to capture him without equipment.

How he captured the reptile

A video taken at the scene shows the alligator crossing the road while the hunter walks behind him in pursuit.

Dragich appears to linger behind the gator before pouncing on its back and squeezing its neck. The enraged alligator’s jaws opened.

Then, Mr veteran push the alligator’s head down, exerting great force until the creature’s muzzle falls to the ground.

Pulling the alligator’s jaws up, Dragic skillfully wrapped his mouth with a special tape.

After neutralizing the 2.5 meter tall giant, the ‘Blue Collar Brawler’ picked up the alligator and walked towards the freeway with the thrashing creature in his arms.

Spectators thronged the streets to catch a glimpse of the local hero. Many bystanders had their phones out and were recording the entire spectacle.
