He met a tragic end 31 year old Chinese woman who, in her attempt to take photos at sunrise, fell from a height 76 meters in the crater of an active volcano in Indonesia.

The accident happened on April 20 in the Banyuwangi area, with the young woman and her husband climbing the slope with a guide to watch the sunrise from the edge of the volcano.

But while the 31-year-old posed for the photos, her skirt got caught at one point, causing her to fall. She ended up falling backwards into the crater, all in front of her horrified husband.

A photo released after her fall shows the woman posing on the edge of the volcano with one leg raised and clouds of steam rising behind her. It took more than two hours for rescuers to retrieve her body.

According to information cited by Daily Mailher body will be flown to Bali before being flown to China.

It is noted that the Ijen volcano complex is located in the Indonesian province of Java Timor.

The complex is known for its blue fire, which is created by sulfur dioxide coming out of the crater.
