In a recent video of her on TikTokthe Harrah revealed the simple shopping rule she follows each week that helps her look and feel decades younger.

When asked about her workout routine, Harrah’s shared how she manages to keep her body fit while eating healthy. “I work full time and move. I exercise 3 times a week and walk at least 1.5 kilometers every day“, she said herself.
