The moment a reservist kicks a Palestinian flag rigged with explosives and injures himself

Trapped with explosives was a Palestinian flag that was kicked by an Israeli reservist, causing him to be injured by the explosion that followed, as can be seen in the video below.

As reported by Times of Israel, the incident occurred near the settlement of Kohav HaShahar when the off-duty reservist saw the Palestinian flag flying.

According to the Israeli organization Rescuers Without Borders, the man was slightly injured by the blast and even refused to be taken to a hospital after being given first aid.

The incident is being investigated by the Israeli armed forces.
