Al-Quds Hospital, which works with the Palestinian Red Crescent, has been forced to suspend its essential services since Wednesday due to a lack of fuel and the continuous shelling of the area around it, which has been ongoing since at least Sunday.

The lawsuit claims Israel’s actions in Gaza amount to war crimes and calls for arrest warrants for Israeli officials, including President Herzog, Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Gallad.
