A shocking video from New York is going around the world. Neighbor executed his neighbors, a 47-year-old man and his stepson for making a fuss
A shocking video is seeing the light of day since a man executes a father and his stepson in cold blood son in Brooklyn, New York, after an argument they had over noise Friday night.
47-year-old Bladimy Mathurin and his 27-year-old stepson Chinwai Mode were fatally shot on Sunday nightaccording to police, by their downstairs neighbor, 47-year-old Jason Pass, with whom they had an ongoing noise dispute.
A camera on the fourth floor of the apartment complex at 1418 Brooklyn Avenue shows Pass, who lives below on the third floor, arguing with the victim’s wife. Mathurin then walks out holding an object that police say is a pair of scissors.
His wife tries to push him away, while Pass pulls a gun. NYPD said Pass shot Mathurin and his son and calmly left the scene. The NYPD reported that he had called the police several times since March 2022 about his upstairs neighbors hearing what sounded like a thump on the floor.
“Noise complaints, basically for people walking. The upstairs apartment didn’t have carpet, so people were walking back and forth that caused these calls,” said lead investigator Joseph Kenney, according to CBS. Tenants in the building said there were many complaints from both apartments and mediation was offered but never happened.
The victims’ wife and mother said the killer was hitting the ceiling and her husband was hitting the floor in response. “My husband had no weapon, no weapon. Why did you bring a gun to shoot my family? Why did you bring a gun to break up my family? Why; Why;” the woman said devastated.
