Hamas’s armed wing, the Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades, claims that 7 civilian hostages were killed in the Jabaliya camp, including three foreign passport holders.
The armed wing of Hamas’ al-Qassam Brigades announced that the seven civilian hostages were killed by Israeli attacks on the Jabaliya refugee camp.
It is recalled that Hamas took over 240 hostages during its murderous attack on Israel on October 7, including children, women and the elderly. It has since freed four civilians, the Israeli army has rescued an IDF soldier who was held hostage while 22-year-old Sunny Luke is presumed dead.
Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel’s war in Gaza will be long but victorious, while expressing his sadness at the mounting casualties at the military level.
“We are in a cruel war. It will be a long war,” Netanyahu said. “I promise all the citizens of Israel: we will get the job done. We will continue until victory.”
