According to secure information, it is the company with the distinctive title EAP, whose object is the marketing and exploitation of real estate, which was incorporated on November 30, 2022.

According to the same information, EAP was registered on December 8 in GEMI with a corporate capital of 1,000 euros and partners Eva Kaili with a percentage of 50% and a contribution of 500 euros in cash and Francesco Giorgi with a percentage of 50% and a contribution of 500 euros in cash . However, neither of them is the manager of the company.

Sequestration of Eva Kaili’s property in Greece

It should be noted, however, that as of today Eva Kaili’s Real Estate company has been frozen, as well as all her assets and those of her relatives, following the order of the head of the Anti-Money Laundering Authority, Charalambos Vourliotis.

The head of the Anti-Money Laundering Authority, former deputy prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Charalambos Vourliotis, ordered on Monday the freezing of the assets of the vice-president of the European Parliament, Eva Kailis, members of her family and her husband.

Mr. Vourliotis moved immediately after the developments in Belgium, in order to secure assets that may come from illegal activities and are located in Greece (properties, accounts, companies, etc.).

The pledge has already been notified to the Greek credit institutions, but also to the competent state services (land registry offices) and concerns both the MEP, who is detained, and her immediate relatives (parents, siblings, etc.).

Checking the whereabouts of Eva Kaili’s father

The “pothen esches” of Eva Kaili’s father is under the microscope of the Independent Authority for the fight against black money.

Following the order of the head of the authority, Charalambos Vourliotis, the property statements of Eva Kailis’ father will be checked, as he is a public official and is required by law to submit a relevant statement.
