A shocking video has been doing the rounds on social media for the past few hours, allegedly showing the execution Armenians soldiers prisoners of war from Azerbaijani soldiers.
The existence of the disputed video has so far been confirmed by journalists of major news agencies and channels, such as CNN and Guardian correspondent Neil Hoyer, who notes that the video was probably recorded on September 13 or 14, during the attack by the Azerbaijani soldiers.
“Armenian POWs are healthy and are being shot in cold blood in front of dozens of enemy soldiers,” Hoyer reports.
A little while ago and referring exactly to this video, the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, notes in a post on Twitter that Azeri soldiers are executing Armenian soldiers inside the territory of Armenia.
“The international community must strongly condemn the incident and declare it a war crime, taking appropriate measures to end Azerbaijan’s aggression,” Pashinyan adds.
