THE If Hess she was only 53 years old when she passed away after a fatal car accident that left her “struggling” with mechanical support for a week.

Since something like this, of course, was not something one would expect, the actress had not had time to make her will.

However, her son Homer Laughun demanded that he gain control of her assets. In particular, the 20-year-old filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, asking that he be appointed the administrator of her estate.

He also filed a request to be appointed a “guardian” for his 13-year-old brother, Atlas, according to documents obtained by Page Six, and for him to be “removed” from bail following their mother’s death.

So far, the estimated value of the actress’ property remains unknown. Therefore, an examination of her assets will have to take place, which may take some time. There is even a scheduled hearing on October 11.

Hess had Homer with her ex-husband, Koley Laughun, whom she divorced in 2009, and she also has a son, 13-year-old Atlas Tapper, with actor James Tapper, with whom she was in a relationship until 2018.

For the last twenty-four hours, Hess remained connected to a ventilator until it is determined whether there are any organs in her body suitable for donation (as she has previously expressed her desire to become an organ donor).

“We want to thank everyone for their well wishes and prayers for Ann’s recovery, but also the dedicated staff and wonderful nurses who cared for Ann at the Grossman Burn Center at West Hill Hospital. Unfortunately, as a result of her accident, Ann Hess suffered an anoxic brain injury and remains in a coma. He is not expected to survive” the representative of her relatives had stated.

According to him, “it has been her desire for a long time” to become an organ donor, so she remained connected to mechanical support until her organs were checked and assessed for transplant suitability.
