I’m asking but until then… You know, I think things have changed a lot. When in “Black Midnight” we did 25% and 30%, it was something very good. This year, when no series scores such numbers, it does not mean that something is not being done well. Web TV has entered our lives, subscriptions, nothing is the same. So, I can’t translate numbers.
If you think about your journey from “Black Midnight” to now, did you expect all of this to have happened?
From the beginning I decided to go slowly. I made sacrifices, which certainly had their costs. But I wanted to look back and feel happy, creative, not regretful. After 21 years, I have achieved it. I have been lucky because I found good and special people, I made friends and it became what I had in mind. The road was not easy, nor paved with rose petals. But it was all worth it.
What were the supports for you on this route?
My family, my environment, my friends, my dad who paid my rent sometimes when I was an artist and said no to jobs I didn’t want to do…
