THE Betty Magira she talked about her TV future, her desire to do the late night zone and her retirement Elenis Menegakis from MEGA.
Speaking to the camera of the “Happy Day” show, the presenter initially referred to what was to come: “I imagine that after Easter we will start the discussions. My relations with the station are very good.”
“We don’t generally know what is true until the matter is brought to the table with the channel. I always loved the evening zone”, he then added and continued: “If there’s a format, like YFSF, that I think suits me, I’ll certainly answer the channel’s call to present something like that, because I love it.”

About the new reality show “TV Queens”, Betty Magira commented: “It is a format related to television, of course it will not be like ours. “TV Stars Present” didn’t have that much appeal back then. There were nice things, but know that it is not easy to like such a project. Ours didn’t do badly, but it wasn’t a hit like other reality shows.”
Also, regarding Eleni Menegaki’s departure from MEGA, the presenter noted: “Since they didn’t get along with the channel, it’s a logical development. We know that Eleni Menegaki is a tough negotiator, for years now and she is doing well in my opinion, because she is a big brand name of Greek television. She is the last TV star I think. Now where it will go and if it will go anywhere, we will see I guess next month.”
Finally, regarding her own television career, she commented: “In 1996 I have done so many different things on television, from game shows, from evening, from lunch, from afternoon, breakfast minimal, entertainment shows, these so many different things I think did not give me an identity. That’s why even now I insist a little on things that I think I own, I know very well what I want, of course this does not mean that you will always do things that you want because the channel may want other things from you. I will pursue what I really believe suit me, suit me and I want them for my own good.”
