The way in which he managed to lose 17 kilos was revealed by Ilias Mamalakiswhile giving nutrition advice, such as the best to eat vegetables in season.
Speaking to ERT on the occasion of his new book “Eat and beautify”, he said that he applied the intermittent fasting method to lose weight and emphasized that it is very important to eat a little of everything.
“It’s not a food that makes you beautiful, it’s the combination of quantity and quality. I have a personal model, which is the motto of my blessed mother. A little bit of everything. You can eat your sausage and your pancettaa rich cheesecake but not in a big way,” he said.
As for the weight he managed to lose, he revealed: “I’ve lost a lot of weight with intermittent fasting. I lost 10 kilos in 10 days and then during the first pandemic, when I had gained some kilos, we applied it at home, we did it strictly for 2.5 months and I lost 17 kilos”.
The famous cook and TV presenter collaborated for his book with medical professors and shared it through his personal Facebook page.
