Tax declarations: Submission on the Taxisnet platform opens today

Her platform opens AADE for tax returns 2024 at gov.gr via Taxisnet codes.

The preliminary announcement was made by the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Haris Theocharis, who noted that the system will be opened today, Thursday, April 25, in order to start the process and complete tax obligations on time.

To file a return for tax year 2023, you must be logged in HERE on Taxisnet the HERE via gov and then follow these steps:

• I select the year for which I wish to submit a statement.
• I confirm my personal information (AMKA, Date of Birth, Marital status, etc.).
• I fill in the E2 and E3 forms if there is an obligation. The wife submits the accompanying forms with her own passwords.
• I fill in the E1 form. Related messages guide the user and inform him of any need to check the submitted declaration by the D.O.Y.
• I am informed about the result of the liquidation.
• Submit the statement.
• I print the forms E1, E2, E3 and the act of administrative tax assessment.

From the same AADE website you can also print your income tax returns and the corresponding Settlement Notes/Administrative Tax Assessment Acts for the financial years 2003 and onwards.

Theoharis: Extension before the opening of the AADE platform

Regarding the tax declarations for which the AADE platform opens today through Taxisnet, Mr. Theocharis said, among other things, “what we are doing this year, which I believe is a very positive gesture, is that we extend a hand of trust to the accountants and taxpayers who make the declarations them alone.

That is, we say that precisely because, customarily because it does not exist in the law, we open every year around March 31, but this year, because we had to legislate the automatic submission of returns on behalf of the taxpayeran important innovation, and it took a few days, it was voted last week, it got gazetted on Monday and therefore AADE had to wait for this vote to make the adjustments.

These days we took in April, we give them in advance inside the July. Therefore the deadline that was for June 30 will go to 25-26as many days as we have since April.
