Konstantinos Floros, since yesterday, when he was given a deadline to apologize, has remained in custody at the offices of the State Security at the General Police Directorate of Attica. The public prosecutor’s office proceeded to initiate a felony criminal prosecution for violence against a member of parliament during the performance of his duties (Article 157 of the Civil Code), after the attack on Mr. Grammenos.
