Incident in the Parliament: Floros faces up to 10 years in prison

--

Facing with a prison sentence of up to ten years is the independent member of parliament (former Spartan), Konstantinos Floros after the hand trial against its MP Greek Solution, Vasilis Grammenou. Yesterday, the prosecution proceeded to criminal prosecution for violence against a member of parliament in the performance of his duties (article 157PC), with him requesting a deadline to apologize and until then to remain in GADAsince he was arrested in the process of self-immolation.

It is noted that Floros will apologize today.

The Parliament recalled times of Golden Dawn

This is an unprecedented incident in parliamentary data, which reminded of times of Golden Dawn, when Kasidiaris, Lagos and the rest of Michaloliakos’ protopalikaras were shouting and moving threateningly towards other MPs. Who, after all, can forget the incident with him Ilias Kasidiaris to be about to take hold of him Nikos Dendias, who… just walked past him while he was talking. Then, in fact, Makis Balaouras had expelled him from the hall, shouting the infamous “guard, guard”!

Konstantinos Floros yesterday went one step further and became the first (and hopefully the last) to commit violence against a colleague, a few meters away from the plenary hall, despite the fact that it may have been caused by Vassilis Grammenos. The open expressions which are alleged to have been said, on both sides, have no place in the Parliamentemphasized executives of all parties, which condemned the episode.

The episode

We remind that during duration of voting for the waiver of his immunity Kyriakos Velopoulos (after a lawsuit by E. Floros, father of the independent MP) and at the moment when the two MPs were in the Plenary, a verbal episode started.

According to these witnesses, Mr. Grammenos allegedly said to Mr. Floros, who was asking for a reason to speak “shut it you trash”with Mr. Grammenos continuing – according to Mr. Floros – and telling him I love your mother. I’ll take you in with a wristband!” At that moment, Mr. Floros allegedly shouted “what did he say?” both men exit the Plenary. Outside the Plenary Hall and a few moments before the punch, Floros shouted in a rage: “You will not catch my mother in your mouth again, Ms@@@!”. Then they separated but Floros continued to say: “You are going to curse my mother Ms.@@@ because my sister lost her child yesterday because of you Ms.@@@! My mother? I will love you@@@@”. The independent MP claims that Mr. Grammenos continued the insults saying: “Your mother will… And I’ll take you with them too bracelets you will remember it in the past!@@”! ,He grabbed him by the neck and punched him Mr. Floros at that moment grabbed him by the neck and according to the witnesses shouted and cursed and punched him. Mr. Grammenos fell down and the guard grabbed Mr. Floros and removed him through the funeral parlor. who continued to curse Mr. Grammenos!

And yesterday, the independent member of parliament may have claimed that he did not punch the Hellenic Solution member of parliament, however, local witnesses heard the sound of the… punch! And of course, according to the medical announcement, Mr. Grammenos suffers from fractured nasal bones. Sprain and strain acromioclavicular articulation. Traumatic rupture of the wrist and fifeocarpal ligament.
