The 4 Series has always represented BMW’s dynamic character and driver-centric philosophy in the mid-size luxury car segment. The renewed versions of the Coupe and Cabrio versions are available in our country, with BMW Greece announcing their sales prices.
The designers proceeded with careful operations on the appearance of the two bodies, wanting to emphasize the sporty character of the two models, while the new equipment elements give the interior a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The cockpit with the curved screens that make up the BMW Curved Display welcomes the latest version of BMW iDrive with QuickSelect, based on a new operating system. The 4 Series Cabrio is equipped with a soft top, which also works on the move at speeds of up to 50 km/h, with the opening/closing process taking just 18 seconds. The new BMW 4 Series Coupe and Cabrio come standard with a multitude of active safety systems, such as forward collision warning with brake intervention, Cruise Control with braking function, Speed Limit Info with no overtaking indication. Parking Assistant, also standard, allows automated maneuvering in and out of parking spaces, while the optional Driving Assistant Professional package ensures semi-autonomous driving.
The range of engines includes four- and six-cylinder petrol and diesel units with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology and electrification in the form of 48V mild hybrid technology. Standard is the eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission, with paddle shifters on the steering wheel. Power goes to the road either through classic rear-wheel drive or BMW xDrive all-wheel drive, depending on the model variant. The basic gasoline version is the 2-liter 420i with 184 hp, which costs 64,350 euros in the Coupe model and 74,000 euros in the Cabrio. The basic 190 hp 420d diesel version costs €61,200 and €70,300 for the Coupe and Cabrio models, respectively. At the top of the range are the M4 Coupe and M4 Cabrio. The first is available with a 6-speed manual transmission and 480 hp (131,050 euros) but also in the Competition version with an automatic transmission and 510 hp (from 139,550 euros). The M4 Cabrio Competition with 510 hp and four-wheel drive is sold for 152,400 euros.
