The lawyer Vaso Pantazi, which has undertaken the representation of the MP Constantinos Floros, spoke on the ANT1 show “Morning Greece”, spoke of “unfortunate incident” and she expressed her discomfort with the fact that an article of the Criminal Code was used for a felony, which according to her is far from the real facts.
She then denied that her principal had punched his colleague and cited the testimony of a police officer who was in front of the incident and was the only eyewitness, according to the case file.
“There was some pushing and shoving and Mr. Grammenos fell down so maybe he got hit, but he never got punched.”clarified Mrs. Pantazi.
