On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the fifth – of the consecutive – amount payments will be made 4,174,489.98 eurosrelevant to the return of unduly paid contributionsbranches of supplementary insurance and welfare, for the years 2019 and 2020 to thousands of professionals.
Specifically, it concerns lawyers with a salaried mandate of the private sector and of the N.P.I.D. and salaried engineers and health workers in the private and public sector with an employment relationship under private law (I.D.A.X. & I.D.O.X.), debtors or not of the e-E.F.K.A., who submitted an application, through the corresponding electronic service, until 21/04/2024.
To the debtors of e-E.F.K.A. the amount resulting from the offsetting of their total debt (regulated or not), with the originally calculated amount to be refunded of the unduly paid contributions, is paid (Article 104 par. 1 of Law 4387/2016 – Official Gazette 85 A’, as applicable & Article 1 of Law No. 15/D’/90598/11.11.2021 Y.A. – Official Gazette 5404 B’ ).
In this fifth payment, the maximum refunded amount, which will be credited to the bank accounts of 2,368 beneficiaries, amounts to 11,186.86 euros.
The competent services of e-E.F.K.A. continue processing the applications of the other beneficiaries, as well as those submitted from 22/04/2024 and later, in order for the corresponding amounts to be awarded to them, with the same procedure, in a subsequent payment.
