It is recalled that last November the Court of Appeal found the 43-year-old guilty not of moral complicity, but of simple complicity, and so, after serving about five years of her sentence, she was released after a few days.

And for this part of the case, the prosecutor of Arius has appealed.

Finally, as the lawyer for the family of the unfortunate cardiologist mentioned, the possibility of the 43-year-old being referred to trial again is expected to be decided in October.
