Video document sees the light of day from the moment of the transport of the “warfare”, with hubs, from the stadium “G. Karaiskakis” in Rentis, on the fateful night of December 7, which resulted in the murder of the 31-year-old police officer, George Lyggeridis.

A police officer went to the scene, found the stick and sent it to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations to extract any video footage and then for laboratory tests to identify the owner of the device.

After placing the “warfare” inside the cars, they formed convoys “protecting” – accompanying, the motorcycles the cars and moved in an organized and coordinated manner towards Melina Merkouri.
The police officers of the Sub-Directorate for Combating Sports Violence contacted A.T. Kaminion-Neu Faliro, who informed them that the cameras of the field “G. Karaiskakis” do not record when there is no football match of the Olympiakos team and the video material from the security cameras of the stadium is deleted after the end of two days.
Because 2 days had passed, from the day it became known from the preliminary investigation carried out, the initial meeting point of the perpetrators, no video material was seized from the above stadium”.
