New photographic documents from the fateful night when the 39-year-old brutally murdered Kyriaki Griva, outside the AT of Agios Anargyros, are coming to the “light” of publicity.
ANT1 brings to light new photographic documents from the femicide outside the Police station of Aghii Anargyri. As shown in the documents, the 28-year-old Sunday, fell dead a breath from the guard’s canopy.
Among the photos is the bloody knife that ended up backwards on the unfortunate Sunday.
It was April 1st, shortly after 10 pm and the 39-year-old perpetrator parked his motorcycle in front of the AT and was looking for the victim. When he found it, he left the key on the machine, next to the mobile phone and “jumped” to stab his ex-partner in the back.
Sunday fell to the ground, in front of the entrance of the department, just 1.5 meters away from the canopy of the police guard. The girl lost a lot of blood. The coroner and technical adviser of the victim’s family speaks of such a stigma surrounding a lifeless body, that it is alleged that Sunday was left helpless even after the knife attack.
As the lawyer of Kyriaki Griva’s mother, Elena Tzouli, complains, “No attempt was made to recover the uncontrollable bleeding, it cooled down in front of them. In their capacity they had to push, to show that they are doing something. They didn’t do that either.”
The knife, with a 20cm blade, was not found at the scene of the crime, next to the lifeless body of the victim, but two meters away, next to the guard’s door. Why is it located there? Because according to the young policewoman’s testimony, the guard does not disarm the assailant immediately, but a short time later, when his 22-year-old inexperienced colleague comes down from the 1st floor to the entrance, she sees the assailant on the edge slightly injured, with a gun in his hand and that spot asks the guard to disarm the assailant.
Next to the unfortunate girl is the cell phone with which she was “fighting” in the last seconds of her life to find a patrol car that would accompany her home. More here, her bag that contained the last letter of the perpetrator and two of his photos, which Sunday brought in her bag that night in order to give them to the police, so that they could locate the man she was afraid of. Next to the scene of horror, the bag of the perpetrator, in which he carried tablets with heavy tranquilizers, the travel ticket from Arta to Athens and the purple case that hid the knife.
Not one, not two, but 16 whole days after the brutal murder of Kyriaki Griva, the order was given by the Western Attica Security Directorate, which is conducting the investigation into the murderous attack, to confiscate the entire recorder, while the victim’s relatives are speaking for the possibility of video corruption. The network security engineer who gave an affidavit allegedly claimed the following:
“I work with the company that has the maintenance and technical support of the camera surveillance system of the building where the department is housed. On April 16, at the request of the authorities, I am handing it over to you. As I saw before it was removed, there is recording data from the day of the murder, from 21.40 until today.”
Next Saturday is expectedperpetrator who is in custody in the psychiatric hospital of Korydallos prisons to be examined by the psychiatric expert appointed by the investigator.
