With the agreement of the Prosecutor and the Investigator, the two parents accused of the death of the 1-year-old infant, in Kos, were released on condition.
According to kosnews24.gr, the restrictive conditions imposed on the parents are that they must present themselves monthly to the AT of the region and they were forbidden to leave the country.

It is recalled that the District Attorney prosecuted for exposure of a minor to danger but and for felony bodily harm to parents.
The couple’s other child, a 2-year-old boy, is being hosted by relatives.
It all started when the 20-year-old mother of the infant, while at their home in Kos, found that her minor daughter had lost consciousness. Then he tried to help her while at the same time he shouted for help. Then, tenants of the apartment building rushed to their house in order to help.
About half an hour later, the baby’s mother called an EKAV ambulance and at the same time a neighbor of the apartment building provided her with first aiduntil EMS rescuers arrived, who determined that the infant was not breathing and applied the relevant resuscitation protocols.
Then, they took the child to the General Hospital of Kos, where the doctors initially found the presence of undigested food in his respiratory system, resulting in no oxygen flow. Despite the efforts of the doctors, the infant ended up dead. Because doctors found and extremely suspicious signs in the infant’s body, the authorities were notified and an investigation was launched.
