Double meeting today, Wednesday 24 April for the Regional Council of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace with one regular and one special accountability meeting of the Regional Authority

According to the relevant invitations of the President of the Council, today, Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., the 6th meeting will be held live in the “GEORGIOS PAVLIDIS” meeting room of the Rodopi Regional Unit and by video conference, with 4 agenda items that have need to solve and 2 questions.

Then. at 20:00, the 2nd special accountability meeting of the Regional Authority will be held live.

Invitation to the 2nd Accountability meeting of the Regional Authority.
We invite you to come to the Regional Conference Room
Council of the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, which will
held on 24-04-2024, Wednesday at 20:00 in the hall
of meetings “GEORGIOS PAVLIDIS” of the Rodopi Regional Unit
(Headquarters) 1st floor, 1 Dimokratias Ave., Komotini, in accordance with the provisions
of article 168A of Law 3852/2010, as added by article 17 of the Law
5056/2023 and valid, to take part in its special accountability meeting
regional authority.
We inform you that the agenda of the meeting is being entered
necessarily the issues that each regional councilor wishes to raise, which
relate to the actions of the regional authority, as long as they are submitted in writing to
presidium of the regional council three (3) days before the meeting.
Each regional councilor can raise up to one (1) issue. As long as they are submitted
a total of more than ten (10) issues, a lottery will be held by the bureau for the
matters to be discussed and which are to be registered in the
agenda. The agenda includes up to three (3) items that
are proposed by the majority advisors. The presence of the Regional Governor,
of the competent Deputy Regional Governor or the Authorized regional advisor at
meeting is mandatory, as long as a matter of their competence has been registered in
agenda.
In case of an obstacle, he or someone else is appointed by the Regional Governor
Deputy Regional Governor or Delegated Regional Councilor to participate in
discussion of the subject in question.

2024 time 13 pm
