The Municipality of the Holy City of Messolonghi welcomes the Olympic Flame and honors the twinned Municipality of Morphou from Cyprus on Thursday, April 25, 2024.
In detail, the schedule of Thursday’s events is as follows:
11:00: Anniversary General Priestly Assembly of the Clergy of the Holy Metropolis of Aetolia and Acarnania at the Holy Church of Agia Paraskevi Messolonghi and pilgrimage to the Garden of Heroes.
After the end of the General Priestly Synod there will be a Procession to the Garden of Heroes accompanied by the Philharmonic of the Holy City of Messolonghi “Christos Kapsalis” and a memorial service.
