ASEP 5K/2023: Who is sending an “envelope” from today for 775 permanent recruitments

Starting today, Wednesday (24/4), a new round for submitting justifications to the Supreme Staff Selection Council (ASEP) within the framework of the announcement 5K/2023.

The deadline for the electronic submission of supporting documents (Stage B) for appointment to hospitals begins on Wednesday, April 24 and ends on Friday, May 10 2024 time 14:00.

“In order to draw up the temporary tables of classification and appointees Announcement 5K/2023 of A.S.E.P. (F.E.K. 55 /t. ​​A.S.E.P./29.12.2023, F.E.K 1/t.A.S.E.P./11.1.2024 F.E.K . 4/18.01.2024) which concerns filling in order of priority, among others,seventy-nine (79) permanent staff positions in institutions of the Ministry of Health, Compulsory Education category, in accordance with article 28 of Law 4765/2021,

the ASEP calls

the candidates included in table of this Notice, who, by branch/specialty, are ahead of the ranking tables based on their total score, according to the data declared in their online application, to submit the required supporting documents electronically, following the instructions provided in the Notice (Appendix B).

It is emphasized that, the candidates included in the table of this Announcement and who will not send to ASEP electronically the required supporting documents within the above-mentioned deadline, they will be excluded from the further process

It is clarified that, according to the relevant recommendation of the Data Protection Officer, The candidates appear only with the candidate registration number, which is also indicated on their online application.

For the smooth operation of the system of electronic submission of supporting documentsrecommended to the candidates not to wait for the last day to submit the relevant supporting documents as any internet overload or error in connecting to it could lead to difficulty or impossibility of submitting them.

Moreover, for the convenience of candidates, it is presented in Graph the number of visits per hour of the day to the ASEP Hub (indicatively, the traffic for the month of March 2024 and 2023 is listed).

ASEP is not responsible for any failure to submit due to the aforementioned factors.
