It takes effect from today, Wednesday, April 24 Easter basketwhich is called upon to provide a solution to the increased prices of Easter products.
The Easter Basket, which is an extension of the Household Basket, will last until May 4, 2024.
What products does it include?
The “Easter Basket” includes the following products:
- Lamb
- Kid
- Greek sweet bread
- Easter chocolate eggs and related products
The Skreka message
“We practically support households so that every family table is filled with them necessary goods in as much as possible low prices. Initiatives such as the “Easter Basket” also increase competition between food businesses for the benefit of consumers,” said the Minister of Development Kostas Skrekas.
What products does the “Godfather’s Basket” have?
The Godfather’s Basket with 12 categories of products is also in effect. Through this, consumers who are godparents or parents of small children are given the opportunity to make cheaper purchases during the Easter period.
