What are the benefits for the beneficiaries – Available on application to the bank where they have an account
From today until September, the “Farmer’s Card” will be activated, as announced by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food. It will be made available to producers (farmers and breeders), beneficiaries of agricultural subsidies, if they so wish, only with the interested party’s application to the collaborating bank that maintains their account.
Also, through the “Farmer’s Card” the beneficiary is given the opportunity to make purchases from businesses that are included in the categories of those that sell products related to meeting the agricultural needs of producers (consumable agricultural supplies, such as seeds, medicines, fertilizers, animal feed, veterinary medicines, animal feed additives, fuel for driving tractors, agricultural electricity, spare parts – agricultural machinery workshop), but also to pay off his debts to certified entities submitting a Single Aid Declaration.
Finally, through the “Farmer’s Card”, producers are given the opportunity to pay off their current debts towards ELGA, OGA and the State, costs of issuing and using a work stamp, as well as the cost of applying for agricultural aid.
