From today until September, the “Farmer’s Card” will be activated, as announced by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food.
It will be made available to producers (farmers and breeders), beneficiaries of agricultural subsidies, if they so wish, only with the Application of the interested party to the cooperating bank that maintains his account.
Also, through the “Farmer’s Card” the beneficiary is given the opportunity to make purchases from businesses that are included in the categories of those that sell products related to meeting the agricultural needs of producers (agricultural consumablessuch as seeds, drugs, fertilizers, animal feed, veterinary drugs, feed additives, tractor fuel, agricultural electricity, spare parts – farm machinery workshop), but also to pay off his debts to certified bodies submission of a Single Aid Declaration.
Finally, through the “Farmer’s Card”, producers are given the opportunity to pay off their current debts towards ELGA, OGA and the State, costs of issuing and using a work stamp, as well as the cost of applying for agricultural aid.
