As MEGA revealed, the young lady was attempting to cross the Thivon Avenue when a black jeep hit her, threw her to the ground and continued on its way.
According to the “Live News” report, a delivery driver followed him, immobilized him and immediately called the police, which proceeded to arrest him.
“She’s very upset. He passed her by a fraction of a second, he would have killed her, literally mashed her. This ignorant man didn’t stop for a moment or brake,” said the friend of the 23-year-old and added:
“He didn’t understand how it happened. Suddenly he tells me “I was walking and I felt someone touch me quickly and the world turned around me and I fell down, and then I woke up and the ambulance came”. He has stepped on her feet and hit her with the mirror, elbowed her and swollen her arm.

The girl was taken to the hospital for first aid, while what she is asking for is the exemplary punishment of the 49-year-old driver who abandoned her in the middle of the road.
Both the 23-year-old and the 49-year-old driver they were breathalyzed which came out negative.
The victim of the traffic accident spoke to Live News about her health condition.
“I feel intense pain but I’m trying to get over it.
“Sunday night, I was crossing the crosswalk, at the moment the ‘little man’ was green, then it turned red and one goes by and hits me, causing me to fall down and to lose consciousness, I had passed out.
