Lyggeridis murder: Criminal prosecution for 28 offenses among the 67 arrested

Serious accusations are attributed to the criminal prosecution brought by the prosecutor against those related to the case of the murder of the police officer Giorgos Lyggeridis in Rentis.

The public prosecutor brought a criminal prosecution concerning the 67 arrested, who were brought to court on Tuesday morning, as well as the persons included in the arrest warrant and wanted to appear before the Court. According to the data in the case file, approximately 160 people are involved in the case, among them the five people who had a leading role in the management of the organization.

The prosecution concerns 12 felonies and a total of 28 charges. Among the accused are 15 minors, while among the 67 arrested is one of the minors.

Seven people from the criminal organization also have a violation of the drug law, a case that will be separated in terms of its criminal development, and another seven people, with 3 of them arrested, are involved in drug trafficking without being involved in the criminal organization. An arrested person, the father of the person involved, will be tried in Autoforo. Finally, it is noted that the case will be handled by the 9th investigator with four female investigators who will help in his work including a juvenile investigator and a drug investigator.
