An attack on SYRIZA was launched again by the government representative for not submitting a memorandum to the Areopagus by SYRIZA for the Spartan party in view of the European elections. “Even today they filed a memorandum against the Spartans. It is not the first time that SYRIZA is absent from such a case concerning the quality of our democracy”.
“Just yesterday we were wondering as a government why SYRIZA has not submitted a memorandum to the Areopagus against the Spartans party. Today we got the answer. A little while ago, the member of parliament and head of the Justice Department of SYRIZA, Alexandros Avlonitis, speaking on a program on the Parliament channel, informed us that they decided (and in fact after a meeting with the head of the SYRIZA KO Sokratis Famellos) to submit a memorandum “today itself” against the Spartans. Today! While the deadline has expired since the 20th of the month…” emphasized Pavlos Marinakis and added:
“It is not the first time that SYRIZA is absent from such a case that concerns the quality of our democracy. Neither had they voted for our last legislative initiative in this direction, nor had they submitted a memorandum against the Kasidiaris party in the national elections of 2023.
The so-called defenders of Democracy, who fight for the Rule of Law, slandering Greece in Europe, remain steadfast only in big words and creating impressions.
