The Ministry of Education, Religion and Sports informs the interested students of A.E.I. and A.E.A. of the country that from today, Tuesday, April 23, 2024 until Friday, April 26, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. will be able to re-submit applications for exceptional transfers/moves, in accordance with the provisions of article 79 of Law 4692/2020 (Government Gazette 111,A) and Chapter F of Law No. 148236/Z1/ 30-10-2020 decision of the Deputy Minister of Education and Religious Affairs (Government Gazette 4806, B’).
Those entitled to apply are: students who have an exceptional reason and did not apply for exceptional transfer/transfer during the previous period, i.e. from 20 to 27 November 2023.
Applications with supporting documents documenting the cited reasons for granting exceptional transfer/transfer are submitted by interested students exclusively online, in the special application https://transfer.it.minedu.gov.gr (excluding transfers) the through the corresponding hyperlink on the main website of the Ministry of Education and Religion, using the credentials (username and password) assigned to them to connect to Academic Services (Institutional codes).
In the special application of exceptional transfers, instructions are available for the process of submitting the online application and the relevant supporting documents that document the particularly serious and exceptional cases of transfer/movement.
