Those arrested in connection with the murderous attack on MAT police officer Giorgos Lyggeridisin Renti and other criminal acts. The case file that has been filed concerns approximately 160 people, 67 have been arrested.

Specifically, criminal prosecution was brought for the following charges:

*Criminal organization address (five people)

*Establishment and membership in a criminal organization.

*Manslaughter during a sporting event.

*Ethical complicity in homicide during a sporting event.

*Aiding and abetting homicide during a sporting event

*Explosion that resulted in the death of another during a sporting event.

*Ethical complicity in the explosion that resulted in the death of another during a sporting event

*Participating in the explosion that resulted in the death of another during a sporting event.

*Manufacturing explosive devices for the purpose of illegally supplying organizations with the occasion of a sporting event.

*Ethical authorship in the manufacture of explosive and incendiary materials that may cause danger to a person on the occasion of a sporting event

*Blackmail by threatening to damage another’s business by complicity during a sporting event.

*Robbery by accomplice and serial with a sports background.

*Distinctive violence against employees who were in serious danger.

*Arson from which a common danger to foreign objects may arise during a sporting event.

*Disturbing the public peace during a sporting event.

*Damage to foreign property during a sporting event.

*Dangerous bodily harm against employees and non-employees.

*Violence against another during a sporting event.

*Possession of objects that can cause bodily harm during a sporting event.

* Possession of flares and firecrackers during a sporting event.

*Possession of objects that can cause bodily harm.

*Theft by complicity.

*Illegal gun possession.

*illegal carrying of weapons.

*Weapon use by follow-up

*Illegal possession of firecrackers.

*Supply possession of drugs.

* Possession of explosive and incendiary materials for the purpose of a sports organization.

The case file that has been filed concerns approximately 160 people, 67 have been arrested. 15 of the 160 are minors, while one of those arrested is a minor. At the same time, five people who are accused of criminal organization, are also accused of violating the drug law (This part will be separated). Another seven are involved in drug trafficking without being involved in crime (three of them have been arrested).

The 14 charged with narcotics will plead those charges to a narcotics investigator. Finally, the father of an arrested person is referred to the Autonomous Single-Member Misdemeanor Court.

It is recalled that the dozens arrested for the murder of Giorgos Lyggeridis and other incidents sports violence they arrived at Courts of Evelpidon Street shortly after 9 am. For the murder case of the 31-year-old, an 18-year-old has already been arrested since the first night of the incidents, who confessed that he was the one who threw the fatal naval flare.


The case file is in the hands of investigators

The case file was referred to investigators. The main investigator was appointed the 9th regular investigator of Athens with assistants the 22nd regular investigator and the 17th regular investigator.

The juvenile arrested was referred to the 2nd Juvenile Investigator, while the defendants facing drug charges will be referred to the 4th Narcotics Investigator.
