Specifically, KK, who allegedly actively participated in Golden Dawn assault battalions, was unanimously found guilty of:

  • simple complicity in attempted murder against Pakistani immigrant R.A. in Metamorfosi on 09/22/2012.
  • simple aiding and abetting dangerous bodily harm against Pakistani immigrant F.M. in Metamorfosi on 09/22/2012.
  • complicity in robbery against Pakistani immigrant R.A. in Metamorfosi on 09/22/2012.
  • dangerous bodily harm against Pakistani immigrant Z.A. in Metamorfosi on 10/09/2012 (barber shop).
  • dangerous bodily harm against the Greek driver class and customer of the barber shop K.F. on 10/09/2012.
  • arson of the barbershop of the Pakistani national M.A. on 10/09/2012.
  • possession of an explosive bomb on 10/09/2012 (barbershop).
  • damage to foreign property on 10/09/2012 (barber shop).

In the home searches carried out last weekend, for the murder of Lyggeridis, the authorities found a pistol in the house of “Kokos”, which was taken to the forensic laboratories.
