As argued in the case file, specific persons, from TYRA 7, who call themselves “organized” had formed a group with the purpose of committing crimes. As pointed out in the case file, “financial benefits associated with the action of at least some of the members of the organization were identified”.

The case file identifies both the physical perpetrator of the Lyggeridis murder – who has already confessed to throwing the naval flare and has been remanded in custody – as well as the moral perpetrators.

According to the case file, eight members of the organization are the narrow leadership core. In fact, most of them have or had an official relationship either with PAE Olympiacos or with the municipality of Piraeus.
