Today Tuesday the “Mixer” in Larissa with two shows

The “MIXER”with the Elena Charalamboudi (5 minutes mum) and the Alexander Siatra, the folk pocket musical, in her text Zetis Fitsiuand his music Thodori Oikonomou coming for two performances in Larissa!

After an explosive sold out season in Athens, the Mixer by Zetis Fitsios (awarded the 2022 National Playwriting Award*), the unexpected surprise – performance of the year adored by audiences and critics, comes for two performances at the VICTORIA Cinema in Larissa.

This frenetic, almost absurd feast on stage, in a hilarious fifteen-syllable script, features the sharp humor of Zetis Fitsios, the subversive music of Thodoris Oikonomou and the brilliant directorial vision of Kostas Silvestros.

To this mix we add: the hilarious performances of Elena Charalamboudi (also known as 5 minutes mum) and Alexandros Siatras and the bouzouki mastery of Constantinos Tsiboukis.

The result; A modern pocket musical – a spell for the times we live in. A show of purification and atonement against the traumas caused by the sweeping, modern world.

A few words about “Mixer”

An aspiring young artist desperately wants to stage Hamlet. But, due to an extremely low budget, he finally changes his vision and instead of Hamlet he plays Vangelis, who instead of Denmark, lives somewhere in the Hive. He will do everything in his power to be able to raise his performance. Together with one more actress they are going to play all the roles of the play.

The show begins and unfolds before us the story of Vangelis who, through a series of paradoxical events, ends up being the head of the state. A completely disorganized and disorganized state dominated by corruption, corruption and backbiting. In this frantic course of his “progress”, the hero will meet characters on his way who will either put obstacles in his way or completely change his way of seeing things.
