Once again, Tesla proceeded to reduce the prices of its basic model, the Model 3, thus making it even more affordable for the buying public and more “difficult” for competitors.
On the official page of the Greek representative of Tesla, the new prices for its “basic” model have been posted. The prices of the Model 3 are presented by 2,000 euros lower than they were a few days ago and now the starting price on which one can “build” the Model 3 of his dreams is 39,990 euros.
For those who catch the state subsidy of the “Moving Electric II” program, this price is set at 31,990 euros, which is really excellent based on the total value of the car but also the current market data, with the competitive ones in terms of the purchase price, models from other manufacturers.
We remind you that the basic version of the model has an electric motor with an output of 283 hp, which sends its power to the rear wheels and is powered by a 60 kWh battery, thanks to which the autonomy shown with a full charge is of the order of 513 kilometers (according to WLTP). The “basic” Model 3 needs only 6.1 seconds to reach 100 km/h from a standstill and its top speed is 201 km/h.
The Long Range version of the model has the same price reduction. Now the Model 3 LR costs 47,990 euros (which with the subsidy becomes 39,990 euros). The LR with two electric motors and 450 hp, has a range of 629 kilometers and does 0-100 km/h in 4.4 seconds – while the final one is also electronically limited to 201 km/h.
