The accuracy has made the Easter bun and chocolate eggs unattainable as their prices will be much more expensive than last year.

The Pricefox.gr team, the platform for comparing and buying car insurance online, joined a well-known delivery platform and gathered the prices from all the stores for buns, chocolate eggs and buns with chocolate filling to find the best prices.

How much does the bun and the Easter egg cost in Attica?

Kolonaki – Omonia

In central areas of Attica, such as Kolonaki and Omonia, the prices of tsoureki fluctuate around the same levels.

In Kolonaki, the minimum price for a simple bun is 5.29 euros and the maximum is 12.80, while stuffed buns from 8.29 euros to 20 euros are the most expensive.

In Kolonaki, the chocolate egg starts from 14 euros up to 25, while in Omonia, the simple bun starts from 5.70 and goes up to 12.80. The filled chocolate bun is from 8.29 to 24 euros and the chocolate eggs from 7.20 euros.

Northern suburbs

In the northern suburbs, and more specifically in Melissia, the prices for a simple bun are the same as those in Kolonaki, 5.29 euros as a minimum and 12.80 euros as a maximum. Stuffed buns start from 8.29 euros and go up to 23.80, while chocolate eggs range from 7.20 to 23.80 euros.

Western Suburbs

In the western suburbs, specifically in Keratsini, the cheapest bun in Attica is 4 euros per kilo and a maximum of €8.80. The prices of stuffed buns range from 9.90 to 23.80.

Regarding the stuffed bun, the fact that in Keratsini the cheapest one is 9.90 euros, while in Kolonaki, Omonia and Melissia you can find it for 8.90 euros, makes an impression.

The most expensive, however, you can find stuffed tsourekis in Melissia for 24 euros, while chocolate eggs in Omonia and Melissia will cost you 7.2 euros and in Melissia 25.1 euros.

How much does the bun and the Easter egg cost in the rest of Greece

In Thessaloniki, the minimum price for a simple bun is 6.50 euros and the maximum is 12.80. Stuffed buns range from 12.5-23 euros and chocolate eggs at 8 euros.

In the capital of Achaia, a simple bun will cost you 6 euros, while a stuffed one ranges from 9.80 to 16 euros.

The cheapest option in Larissa for a simple bun is 5 euros and the most expensive 7.90. Stuffed buns range from 10.98 to 13.20 euros.

In Volos, a simple bun can be found at 4.5 euros, the most economical, and at 9, the most expensive. The filled buns start at 7.4 euros and reach up to 16, while the chocolate eggs you will find for 7.2 euros.

HERACLION, Crete

In Crete, and more specifically, in the city of Heraklion, the simple bun starts at 5.9 euros and reaches 10, while the stuffed one can be found at 12.90 euros.

In Volos, the cheapest bun in Greece

In Volos you can find the cheapest tsoureki in Greece, with its price reaching 4 euros. At the same time, the most expensive, according to the research, is found in Attica and Thessaloniki with its price reaching 12.80 euros.
