Respondents in the field of the blue pre-election “battle”,

The blue pre-election map was marked, the districts that each minister will take over were distributed, the message of the New Democracy campaign was discussed and the framework in which they will move in the near future was decided yesterday in a broad meeting held by the prime minister with government and top party officials at the party headquarters in Moschato. The contacts continued with ND MPs, twenty in number, who met with Kyriakos Mitsotakis, discussed the local problems and the need to highlight government solutions and it was decided to act locally in view of the European elections.

The blue strategy involves highlighting the government’s work and the international challenges that require competent managers to address them in Europe, which is why references to the opposition and political rivals will be very limited. In the foreground is the battle against punctuality, as households continue to prioritize it at the top of their concerns. It is no coincidence that from Rentis’ vegetable market, the prime minister repeated: “The fight against accuracy, we have said many times that it is a continuous fight”, demonstrating that the government will not stop dealing with the issue of price increases until the inflationary crisis recedes. In fact, ahead of the Easter holidays, he emphasized: “For the first time, we have encouraging signs that persistent food inflation seems to be beginning to decline.

Today the prime minister is expected at 10:00 to cut the ribbon handing over the Lamia-Kalambaka section of the Central Greece Motorway E65 that connects Macedonia with Southern Greece, crossing Western Thessaly and of course Fthiotida. The relevant opening event will take place at the 26th km of the E65, near the 3 km long twin tunnel that “pierces” Mount Othrys.

Thus, with the delivery of the two new sections of the E65, a total of 136 km will be put into circulation from today. of a modern, safe highway, from the Karpenisi junction outside Lamia to the Uneven Kalambaka Junction, significantly reducing the travel time from the capital to Meteora.
