The first Lynk & Co model has arrived in Greece – Its price and equipment

With the possibility of driving purely electrically, the new plug-in hybrid Lynk & Co 01 PHEV is now available to order in the domestic market in a particularly richly equipped version.

Greece is one of the first two markets in Southeast Europe that Lynk & Co chose to start its commercial activity in this corner of the Old Continent.

The import and distribution of Lynk & Co models in Greece is carried out by the SEEAG fund based in Slovenia. SEEAG has 30 years of experience in the import, distribution, wholesale and retail sale of cars in the Balkans, as well as in the provision of leasing services, while the first Lynk & Co store in Greece is located in Marousi.

SEEAG has over 100 retail outlets in 12 European countries such as Serbia, Slovenia and Denmark, and distributes models from companies such as Volvo, Geely and Kia.

Lynk & Co, it is the company founded in 2016 in Gothenburg, Sweden and under the umbrella of Volvo and Geely. Lynk & Co 01 is the first and only so far car available for order in the Greek market.

With length, width and height at 4,541, 1,857 and 1,694 mm. respectively, the Lynk & Co 01 has dimensions that make it practical for daily commuting as well as the necessary spaces for the needs of a family of four, with the luggage space at 466 litres.

The SUV has a plug-in hybrid drive system which has as its “base” a turbo three-cylinder in-line direct injection gasoline engine with a capacity of up to 1.5 liters. The power of the motor reaches 180 hp and 265 Nm of torque at 5,500 and 1,500-4,000 rpm. respectively and combined with the electric motor, the performance reaches 261 hp. According to the company, its SUV needs eight (8) seconds to reach 100 km/h from a standstill, while its top speed reaches 210 km/h.

Alongside the 17.1 kWh lithium-ion battery can provide a range of up to 88 kilometers in a city environment and according to the WLTP standard. With the battery fully charged, consumption is limited to 1.2 lt./100 km, while it takes about five hours to charge it from a household socket.

TLynk & Co 01 is available on the Greek market at a price of 49,900 euros in a level of equipment, which presents itself very rich. This version has all the electronic safety and driver assistance systems, including active cruise control, which also works in traffic jams, and a 360-degree view camera.

In terms of comfort and connectivity, all the elements one expects from a car in this price category are present mwith the driver being informed by a 12.3-inch screen, while at 12.8 inches is the diagonal of the touchscreen of the multimedia system that also accepts voice commands.

The equipment also includes, among other things, a wireless entry and car operation system, “social networking” cabin camera as well as dash cam, 64GB hard drive, panoramic sunroof, 10-speaker Infinity sound systemWi-Fi hotspot, automatic dual-zone air conditioning and wireless mobile charging.

The Lynk & Co 01 comes with a four-year factory warranty.
