Murder in the Kyparissias Cartel: The prosecutor requested the guilt of all as charged

The guilt of all three defendants as charged was suggested yesterday by the prosecutor of the Mixed Jury Court of Kalamata for the brutal murder of the 31-year-old Albanian land worker in November 2022 on Kartela beach in Kyparissia.

In her lengthy trial, the prosecutor analyzed every element that was presented, as well as every claim of witnesses or defendants, to come to the conclusion that she is convinced that the three defendants, not only committed, but planned the robbery and murder of the unfortunate 31-year-old.

As he said, they knew that the victim had a significant amount of money on him (12,000 euros according to court testimony) and this was their motivation to take him to the deserted location and carry out their murderous plan. He gave the roles he estimated that each had, saying that the 32-year-old Greek woman was the “bait”, the 26-year-old Roma had the beam with which they managed to deliver the fatal blows and the 32-year-old Albanian finished him off.

He therefore pleaded guilty to the charges of: manslaughter, committed jointly in a calm state of mind, robbery committed jointly with particular cruelty, illegal carrying of a weapon and use of a weapon.

At noon, the buying of defense lawyers began, which continued until late afternoon.

After the lawyers’ purchases, the court adjourned and retired into a conference to issue a decision, which continued late into the evening.
