The father of Giorgos Lyggeridis, the deceased police officer in Rentis who was killed by throwing a flare during an Olympiacos game outside the volleyball court of Rentis, spoke to the cameras about his son and the loss he experiences every day, causing emotion.

More specifically, the father of Giorgos Lyggeridis spoke with pride about the deceased policeman but also about the treatment and relations he has with the Corps: “I lost a son, a hero, I gained another family in my platoon”, he said characteristically.
