Ilion: A car ran over and left a pedestrian crossing a crossing – Greece

Car accident occurred late Sunday night (21.04) at Ilion with a vehicle driver dragging a pedestrian and abandoning her at the scene.

According to ERT, the traffic accident took place around 23:12 at the junction of Thebes and Andreas Papandreou streets when a 23-year-old woman tried to cross the road at a pedestrian crossing.

Driver I.X. he pulled her over and the vehicle did not stop, but continued on its way and abandoned her at the scene.

A few hours later, the Police located and arrested the 49-year-old driver of the vehicle.

As the report states, the 23-year-old was not seriously injured but is in a state of shock from the incident.
