13 members of Shania Twain’s tour crew are in hospital after their tour bus crashed in Canada.
“A crew bus and truck from Shania Twain’s ‘Queen Of Me’ tour were involved in a highway accident driving between Winnipeg and Saskatoon,” the singer’s management team told Page Six.
“Multiple vehicles experienced hazardous driving conditions due to inclement weather,” the statement continued. “Crew members requiring medical attention have been transported to nearby hospitals.”
In the accident, which happened during the tour crew’s trip, the singer happened to not be on the bus at the time and was not injured.
“We are incredibly grateful to the emergency teams for their quick response and continued support,” the statement concluded. “We ask for your patience as we take care of our touring family.”
As a spokesperson for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police told Entertainment Tonight, no one on the bus at the time of the accident is in danger.
