The guilty secrets well hidden by the three women who are now facing justice in the case of the murder of 23-year-old Faie Bakoiorgou in October 2022 in the area of Kypseli are shocking.
After their arrest, the three defendants were brought before the investigator from whom they requested and received a deadline for Monday morning.
The lawsuit by the girl’s father and the preliminary examination that followed led to the initiation of criminal prosecution on a case-by-case basis against the 66-year-old landlady, the 64-year-old mother and the 23-year-old sister of the unfortunate girl for manslaughter by means of energy. and by omission, human trafficking by occupation (homemaker), felony termination of pregnancy (homemaker), dangerous bodily harm to a vulnerable person, simple aggravated battery, accessory to human trafficking (sister).
According to information in the case file, there is a multitude of witness statements as well as a preliminary expert report by medical examiner Sokratis Tsadiris, which sheds light on initially unknown aspects of this shocking case.
It is worth noting that a separate case file has been filed for the death of the elderly woman who was allegedly cared for by the 66-year-old landlady and the circumstances of her death are being investigated.
After the initiation of the criminal prosecution, the case file was forwarded for further investigation to the 15th investigator Panagiota Pantou who, based on the evidence and with the agreement of the prosecutor, decided that arrest warrants should be issued since the three defendants were found to be suspected of committing new acts.
According to the same information, the indictment states that the three women took measures to prevent their act from being revealed, after they wrapped the body and threw it in the trash. In fact, there is talk of “extreme brutality of the act and continuity of the illegal acts” in terms of the crime of human trafficking.
