The president of SYRIZA, Stefanos Kasselakis, gave today an answer to why he did not attend the event for Costas Simitis on Monday night, making a sharp comment.
The president of SYRIZA was invited to the event, there was even a seat with his name on it, however, he did not go.
Stefanos Kasselakis started walking from his house in the morning in order to take the metro to the offices of SYRIZA.
When asked by an ANT1 journalist why he did not go to the event for the former prime minister, Stefanos Kasselakis replied: “What business do I have with all those who have wasted so many billions of euros of the Greek people. We forget the entanglement of these years. It wasn’t just modernization. Let others take over the mantle of the country’s debt. SYRIZA certainly did not cause it. And not only that, but he also handled it with very painstaking memoranda.”
