The newly elected Regional Governor of Thessaly Dimitris Kouretas wants to repay the honor that the citizens of Magnesia gave him with the trust they showed him at the ballot box. Judging, of course, based on qualifications, he decided to appoint three regional councilors from Magnesia as deputy regional governors. What the column had written on 26/10 was confirmed yesterday by Mr. Kouretas speaking on Radio One 102.5. That is, that Apostolos Kanavos, who came second in votes in Magnesia after Anna-Maria Papadimitriou, who was already appointed local Deputy Regional Governor, will take over as Deputy Regional Governor responsible for projects, Yannis Anastasiou will take over as Deputy Regional Governor for Tourism and Fotis Lambrinidis as Deputy Regional Governor for Environment. Not bad for Magnesia! If we add to the above the honorary position of the president of the regional council of Thessaly that will be proposed to Chrysa Tsaganou and is expected to be voted on, the “box” is completed.
