On the morning of Tuesday 23/05, the dead body of the 60-year-old woman was found, with 20 stab wounds, most of them in the neck. No one had looked for the unfortunate woman during this time, while initially the police spoke of a robbery, as her bag had been broken into and her mobile phone had also been stolen.
The case, however, ultimately concerns femicide, since the 60-year-old was tragically killed by her 42-year-old ex-partner. Both are people involved in drug cases, while the perpetrator has already been arrested.
A folding knife and two blades were found in the possession of the 42-year-old murderer. The first words he claimed to the police were that he and the 60-year-old used drugs together and she was becoming aggressive. At the same time, he revealed that the knife with which he executed her was hers.
This was followed by an appropriate evaluation and utilization of informative and pre-investigative evidence, from the further analysis of which the involvement of the 42-year-old in the homicide emerged. As part of the investigations, the clothes and shoes worn by the accused during the commission of the homicide were found and confiscated. The arrested person will be taken to the competent prosecuting authority.
These are drug addicts, while the perpetrator had previously been expelled from a structure due to violent behavior.
