Two people aged 41 and 44, of Albanian origin, are the victims of the murderous attack with shots, received by an unknown man, late on Sunday night, in a well-known cafe – bar in Nea Smyrni square.

The 41-year-old man fell dead from the shooting, while the 44-year-old succumbed to his injuries as soon as he arrived at the hospital.

From a bullet a 31-year-old Greek woman was also injured, who was sitting at a nearby table. The woman, who does not seem to have known the two Albanians, is hospitalized at the “Red Cross”.

At the same time, he was very slightly injured and a man, who had just started to fire, tried to get away in fear, but tripped and hit his head. However, he did not need to be hospitalized.

The bloody incident occurred shortly after 9:30 p.m., when a man dressed in black, wearing a surgical mask, appeared outside the store. The perpetrator of the double murder attack went to the table where the two victims were sitting and suddenly pulled out a pistol and started shooting at them. He then fled in an unknown direction.
